Wanderlust and Wayfinding Meets Continuing Education in Psychology

Setting Out, Together

Destination Psych CE grew from our desire to bring meaningful, in-person continuing education for psychologists back into our professional lives—placing it in destinations we want to visit. Pairing continuing education with the perspective, spaciousness, and renewal born from stepping into a different place is needed now more than ever. After years in which opportunities for gathering were limited or lost, we wanted to create CE experiences where psychologists could learn together, reconnect with colleagues, and briefly step outside the familiar rhythms of daily practice.

Designed for Whole Lives

Navigating Challenging Terrain

We are practicing in a time marked by profound uncertainty, heightened fear, and deepening division. These forces shape the lives of the children, families, and communities we serve — and we are not separate from them. We live alongside our clients, share their communities, and feel the impact of these same events in our own lives. In this context, clinicians are asked to hold complexity, witness harm, and remain grounded and humane, often without adequate space to process what we ourselves are carrying.

Landmarks Along the Way

We hold hope that, as a profession and as a broader community, we will find our way through this period of fracture and change. Until then, we believe in the importance of landmarks along the way—shared experiences, meaningful learning, and moments of renewal that help us look ahead, stay the course, and return to our work with clarity and care.

Meet Our Founding Psychologists

We are all practicing psychologists at Blossom Whole Family Therapy & Child Psychology Center in Minnetonka, Minnesota — a multidisciplinary practice specializing in child psychology, therapy for teens, and whole-family care. Our clinical work is what brought us together, and it’s what continues to shape how we design these programs. Learn more about our practice at Blossom Whole Family Therapy.

Majestic Landscapes Inspire

Some of our clearest thinking has happened far from conference rooms — in landscapes that slowed us down, demanded our attention, and reminded us what it feels like to be fully present.

We created Destination Psych CE to extend that experience to others — offering education that is rigorous, grounded, and shaped by place.
