Actionable Feedback Policy
We welcome feedback from our community — attendees, prospective participants, referring colleagues, and the broader mental health professional community. We read every message we receive and take professional critique seriously.
How to reach us
The best way to share feedback is by emailing us directly at info@destinationpsychce.com. We aim to respond to all substantive feedback within five business days.
What we do with feedback
Feedback about our events, content, speakers, or CE programming is reviewed by our founding team. Where feedback identifies an error, gap, or legitimate concern, we act on it — correcting content, updating our materials, or following up directly with the person who raised it. We do not dismiss critique because it is inconvenient.
What we ask of you
We ask that feedback be specific and constructive. We are not able to respond to anonymous submissions or to feedback that does not include enough detail for us to take meaningful action. We treat all feedback confidentially and will not publish your name or contact information without your consent.
